CHECK-IN SERVICES & EVENTS

As close to in-person as remote coaching can get.You’ll have direct, face-to-face time with me to strategise, troubleshoot, and keep you on track — no matter where you are.Regular community coaching calls with like minded members, bring us together to grow as a teamIn-person events create real connection and support to keep you motivated and engaged.

After years of refining my approach to online coaching, I guarantee a level of service that feels just as personal and focused as one-on-one, in-person training.

STRATEGY CALLS, EVENTS AND REVIEWS

Each week, you can book a 30-minute strategy call with me via video or phone to dive deeper into your progress.You’ll also have access to weekly community coaching calls to connect, learn, and grow alongside like-minded professionals.Every 60 days, we’ll review your goals together — either online or in person — to adjust your plan and keep you on track.Plus, in-person client immersives offer deeper connection, hands-on support, and motivation.At the 6-month mark, we’ll do a full review to celebrate your journey so far and map out the next steps to keep your results progressing.

CHECK-IN SERVICES

You’ll receive constant support throughout the week as I regularly check in with you.Every Monday, we review your check-in form together so I can provide tailored feedback to help you stay on track with your goals.On Thursdays and Fridays, I’ll reach out to discuss your exercise program and answer any questions you might have, ensuring you’re fully supported every step of the way.

TEXT AVAILIBILITY & CONSTANT SUPPORT

You’ll have daily access to me via text—from 8am to 8pm—ready to answer your questions, offer guidance, and keep you motivated. Need to share something quickly? Voice messaging + video messaging is available too, making our connection easy and personal whenever you need it.
